Gotta be Ohio...

This weather is crazy, and so Ohio. It snowed here two weeks ago, this past week, you could have worn shorts, and this weekend was rainy and cold again!

Well, Quinn turned 11 months on the 7th. I can't believe it's almost been a year since he arrived! He is such a big boy! His next appt isn't until his year old appt, but he was only 6 pounds less than Owen at his nine month checkup! He is only one size smaller is most clothes too. We are planning his party at our house with family and a few close friends, so that should be fun:-) Last week was the last week for buying formula and baby food! WOOHOO! Hopefully soon we won't be buying pullups for Owen either!

Obama is our new president! What a historical moment in history! It's great to be here to witness such a great turning point!

Mason finished up his first full week of home programming with a boom. This week was just pairing with him, so the tutors pretty much came over just to play with him so he could get used to them and have fun. Friday, the one tutor(he has two) took Mason and Owen both to the playarea at McDonald's. I guess she had to go up and get Mason out of the tubes and it was pretty bad. We knew it was going to happen sooner or later. He was testing her to see how far he could push her to stay. There are certain things that he does for me and not for other people. He knows I don't put up with much.

My in-laws came to visit this weekend. We had a great time and Alex and his dad got some much needed things done outside in the landscaping, as well as rake all the leaves to the front for leaf pickup.

I braved taking all three boys to the movies today by myself to see Madagascar 2...it was a SUCCESS! One good thing about having them so close together is that two of them were free:-)

We've been having a lot of bad news lately with a couple of relatives of family members. A lot of hard times right now too with questionable job positions for family members. Please pray that everything will come out for the best and for strength to all who is effective by our present poor economy.

I recently did hear of some GREAT news. One of my friends who is in her late 20's and has leukemia who was told she'd never be able to have kids from FIVE different doctors is....PREGNANT!!!!! I think I have about 10 friends that are yet to have babies now! That's not including the ones that already HAVE this year!!
